She graduated from the department of accounting, National Cheng-Chi University and obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license very soon after graduation. She started her career and developed professional in Taipei office of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited and has been a practicing CPA for over 10 years.

She is mainly in charge of audit and attestation service, and served as a CPA to audit companies in various industries. In addition, she is specialized in equity structure planning, business negotiations and crisis management, individual tax planning and due diligence.

Tracy currently serves as a senior manager in the Audit & Assurance Department. She has over 20-year professional experience and specializes in audit coordination, process planning and supervision, as well as human resource management.

She is committed to delivering high-quality and professional services in an efficient way. The services contain financial statement attestation, corporate invomce tax certification and filing to government and special audit engagement.

Kevin serves as a senior manager in the business registration department. He is primarily responsible for corporate and business trgistration, establighment and amendment filings for associations and foundations, taxation registration, offshore business incorporation.

Well-versed in the Company Act, Business Registraiton Act, Mergers and Acquisitions Act and regulations on Taiwan and main places for offshore business, he has more than 20-year hands-on experience in strategic communication and smooth application processes to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Eddie is undertaken the partner of VISION International CPAs. He graduated from the department of accounting, Fu Jen Catholic University and get licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Over 15 years, he has acquired valuable experiences in accounting field.

He is primarily responsible for audit and attestation service and providing advisory service in corporate sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance(EGS) indocators implementation. Eddie specializes in equity structure optimization, corporate and individual tax planning, and business mergers and acquisitions(M&A). His profession assists clients in various industries in building sound financial and operational frameworks to support growth and transformation. In recent years, he is active to promote the concept of corporate sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance(EGS) and help clients translate financial performance into long-term strategic vision.

Jamie serves as a manager in the Audit Department with more than 10 years of experience in auditing and accounting. She is responsible for financial statement attestation, tax compiliance and internal control review. Her duties also encompass the execution and review of tax certification and atestation procedures. She is committed to regulatory compiliance and client satification, Jamie strives to deliver high-quality and efficient professional services.

Casper joined VISION International CPAs in 2025 and brings 13 years of experience in global business and operation. Prior to joining VISION, he is responsible for global business management. He has bachelor degree from National Chun Hsin University and a Master of Business Administration(MBA), concentration on Finance, from Pepperdine Unversity.

Casper has practices collaborating with accounting and management consults all over the world on cross-border business, international commodity future, international financcial management, taxation and custom and tariff matters.
